Not all language translated

I have installed version 1.48b with an English and a Russin language module.
Now when i change to the Russian language the module information gives me still the English text

As you can see some are translated where can i change this text into russian

Found the problem it is not in the russian lanuage fil but in the Information section.
The file there has to be written in English and Russian
