Using version 3.0.3.8
I'm not totally concerned with it and telling people just to use a computer but I've just had 2 people in the last 1-2 weeks mention they have been using an Apple phone or device, and when checking out, they can get all the way to step 4, but can't continue to step 5 (Payment Method) to finish their order. Anyone else have any reports of this happening? I haven't changed anything on the website in quiet a while now and I can't say if it's been something that has always been there, or something new.

remove the modules that effect the checkout and see which one is causing the issue.
one page checkout maybe?
check your console log it might give you some direction.
look at your error logs
you can also disable your theme and check it is working fine with default.
possibly a specific model of iPhone?

The only error in the admin>maintenance>error logs is:

Not sure but don't think it's related.
Testing extensions would be hard since I don't have an Apple device.

These sites also no longer work on apple devices. You can add to cart from the categories page but not from the product and you can not checkout - so one could guess it is the paypal buttons possible - but whatever you have the same is most likely the same issue with apple devices ..
No one without these add-ons seems to have an issue with apple devices.

Not exactly the same but has some similar context.
Went back and checked the console log for json issues and has one.

But if it's with cookies, I would think everyone would have the same issue with this.

Not a bug. Posted in Bug Reports. Caused by an installed extension.
