PayPal Question for Qphoria

Question for Qphoria. My client has PayFlow Pro, Can I use PayPal Website Payments Pro (UK) even though I'm located in the US. I keep getting an error: Error: Payment method required! and not sure why i'm getting this. Any Tips are much appreciated.

Payment required is a local error. Meaning that you likely didn't enable it, or you set it to work only in a certain geozone, but your test account you are logging out with doesn't fall into that zone
