mailing list

if you don't want to reinvent the circle and build from scratch a mailing list system with all the options such as control of the number of mails per hour, automatic cleanup of bounced ones or full statistics (reads - clicks - bounced), what about to build a bridge with phplist?

I would really like opencart to integrated with phplist.

At present phplist is integrated with phpbb, drupal, wordpress, joomla, phpnuke, ez puplish, oscommerce, zen cart, plici, nucleouse cms, impress cms, sugarcrm, vtigercrm.
