Pdf Watermark

I need an artifice to change my product ebook in PDF prior to shipment to the buyer:
After the buyer of my ebook completes the payment, when clicking the button to download the PDF, the system opens the file, change the stamp, watermark or similar pre-established on each page by another one with data from that buyer, save and send only the new custom file.

GDPR / CCPA / CCRA needs to be considered when exporting customers information from the catalog-end page.
