I had a registered customer who placed his first order with my webshop on December 30th 2019 and got order id 1112.
On March 11th 2020 and his order id was again 1112. The order right before his second order was 1208.
How is this possible???

Like the user above mentioned, it might be an extension.
Also, it could be related to this??

The strange thing is that this has only happened with 1 customer. I asked him to log in, add an article to his cart and do nothing else.
That shows up in missing orders with a new order id.

There have been similar posts with mixed up order data and Journal Theme. I believe the bug lies somewhere within the 1 page checkout. I suggest you reach out to Journal Support.
