Product can not be bought from the store you have choosen! (add order error)

hello,
i run into an error where i cannot add an order manually
i have an extension that allows products and categories to be visible to specific customer groups, but only one store.
I cannot add an order manually (via dashboard/admin) to any customer name or group with any product. But online orders work fine....
Is there something i should be looking for?
I have asked mod author for help but heard nothing back.....
