Downloaded item confirmation or report for Paypal

Hello,

I'm selling digital items in my store, and Paypal is asking me to show them some kind of proof that the item was delivered to the customer (that they downloaded the item correctly, for example). Since I don't ship the item and is an instant downloadable item, does anybody know a plugin or way to check if the item was downloaded, since the functionality available in Opencart 1.0 is now gone?

Any ideas on how to resolve this are welcome!
