Uplading fashion file with multi zise

Hi All,
I need your help to solve below issue.
I have excel file with multi zise and quantity in one cloumne ( examlbe ) : L:3,XL:4,M:3
I am using Univresal Import plugin and can not recognise the option L is the size and 4 is Qty.
is there any solution to import the prodct option with quantiny or any other plugin can import all data without working in excel.

You should try adding a question mark as most people don't know what you mean when you just state that.
