option plus adds tax - how to stop

Hi I don't want to have to calculate how much before tax to put in each option for multiple options for hundreds of products - can this be done automatically? Or is there a fault with mine as I have been having a lot of trouble with it and have re-installed it many times and find a different problem each time - probably from my input or lack of but this is why I am asking if it is common or just mine and if I can have a solution, thanks - appreciated.

option plus adds nothing different than the normal product. If the product has tax, option plus has tax, if the product doesn't have tax, option plus doesn't add tax. Check your currency rates and tax rates and display prices with tax options to be sure they are all set right.

Thank you for clearing that up - the problem I have is I have hundreds of items given with the price including tax so in the product page I used the code to enter the gross amount and it divides by 1.1 to give me the correct price so that I don't have to have a calculator for every product. Now I need to know how to adjust that in the options plus so it all goes the same as the pricelist. You see one product type is given a price inclusive of tax then different prices depending upon size e.g. size 5m is $1799 including GST, size 6m is $1859 including GST and so till we get to 16m. I am entering the product with the smallest size and using the option plus for the next sizing.
Now if I put in the gross amount in my product page it calculates the correct price for the cart and GST is added correctly.
Using the option plus if the next size is $60 more it makes it $66 which by the way the module is meant to work, but I need to add only $60 - otherwise I have to calculate the division minus the price for 5m and so on.

Just trying to get a way to work like in the product entry - there must be code in there that I am allowed to change? hopefully....
