PayPal echeck v.1.4.8

Hi,

I am using OC version 1.4.8 and using PayPal as a transaction mode. I just wanted to know that is there something I need to do in order to activate echeck flag or something like it which disables the customer to access downloadable products until the payment is cleared. I just found out that the products are still accessible by my customers through echeck payments which are cleared 2-5 days later.
