Changing the "Handling Fee" link in admin, on the order page, and the e-mail confirmation page to say Deposit ?

Is there a way of changing the "Handling Fee" link in admin, the order page, and on the e-mail confirmation page, to say "Deposit", instead of Booking Fee ?

Whaaaat ? - There is NO booking fee in standard OC
Nobody can help without
OC version - extensions installed - Theme used etc etc etc
Generally whatever INTRODUCES BOOKING FEE into your opencart, extension, mod, theme whatever. Go to the developer for help.
