Feedback please! New jewelry store

Hi there, my store has been up and running for a few months now, but sadly I've not been getting much traffic or sales. Would appreciate it if you guys can take a look and let me know what to improve on! Thanks!

Your dedicated Server works well, your Site is HTTPS, you have made attempts to get linked
on several popular Sites, so, actually, there is not much more to be done.

Exept for the 'technical side' of your setup, at least from the 'Customer' Point of View.
Who in the World, today, would still wait for a STARTPAGE to 'load' for 20 + Seconds? Would you?
Today, we are used to 'Google'-Speed, already producing results, before we even
fully entered the 'Question'. And we have to try, at least, to follow, what the Leaders set as DEFAULT! Then, like Google, it does not even require a fully 'mocked-up' Startpage...

Your (full) Startpage contains 3 MegaByte of Date, it takes a 6'633-Liner Script, just to product a simple Welcome-Page. It's unbelievable, how much you try to PRESS INTO this (Start)Page, it's just a plain OVERKILL, technically as well as visually.

In addition, highly difficult to read Fonts round up the (very mixed) Impression, that you have tried hard to create something Lovely, but you forgot to CARE about 3 MOST IMPORTANT DESIGNER LAWS' in Online Business.

You wanted honestly to hear, what others think about it. I am usually not very 'diplomatic in Style', especially, when it comes to, actually, STRICTLY technical Matters. I assume, your'e a Woman, too. This makes it even more difficult, because Females (usually) tend to take critic rather PERSONAL. (I run a Business, constisting strictly out of Females. Besides of beeing married with the same Woman for just about 40 Years. So, I know...)

But, I just want to assist, not argue, I am long enough active in the marketing business to know, what matters...

This is a very bad Style, don't forget, a lot of peoples have a hard time to read nowadays,
so, don't make it even harder 'on' them...

My Advise:

1. Concentrate on your Startpage, displaying just A FEW TOP ITEMS.
2. Move ACTIVE Inserts, such as Facebook & Co., to secondary Pages, they just delay Pageload.
Visitors are here to buy, not to Click likes..., as Priority, and, as you see, it did not help you, so far, either...
3. Follow the Advises of the Site-Testers, some Improvements are possible without a lot of work.
4. unmutedbeauty.com is a very long name, can it really be remembered? It even could 'sound' rather 'shadow-sided, possibly more attracting visitors, looking for something very differently from what your Site offers...
I can't judge, beeing Swiss...

So, take it as it comes...

BTW: Whoever is seeking SHORT & CHEAP Internet URL's, my secret Advise is to check

the 'official' Swiss (.ch) /Liechtenstein (.li) Registrar, for available xxx.li Domains.
They charge about 19 US-$ per Year per URL, and they still have 3-digit-URL's available...
They can be used on any www-server in the world, and the URL registered belongs
exclusively to the Person who had it 'registered', at least, as long as the yearly payment is made.
Therefore, NO RISK of 'accidentally' loosing a Domain, or depending on anyone to keep it!
Can by paid by 'Cards' (PayPal, believed, as well). Just as general Information.

My replies to each point:

1. Speed

I'm no technical expert and don't really know how I can improve it any further. In fact, I bought this theme because it was considered "lightweight" and would load fast. It used to be even slower, but I paid for someone to install a script to help me compress images to decrease loading time. Still slow I guess

2. Font

Will change that soon

3. Ok I'll move my facebook like box elsewhere and will decrease the number of products displayed

4. Hard for me to change my brand name, as I've been using it for about 2 years now

Its too plain, really does need some thought going into the design, for me, it feels like the header and the footer are that as been changed, whilst this is a great starting point - for a jewelry store, i'd expect your creatives to be much better.

If you can afford too, I would start to consider using a graphic designer, whilst the creatives you have there are "ok" they dont do your website any justice, in fact, they put me off buying.

I would consider shifting/tweaking your header menu - it doesn't work and it draws your attention away from potentially getting a sale.

I think you have a great starting point/foundations - but I think some extra thought needs to really go into you store, to really compete and earn some cash from it.

I have seen your store and I would like to give a few suggestions to improve the sales and to increase the traffic on your site. So, the first thing you need to do is, take aesthetic pictures of your product in the smooth sunlight. You can take these pictures using your smartphone also, you can create a background of your own choice by using a plain one-colored cloth.
Take reviews from your previous customers and post them on your site because a buyer will only buy from your store if they have trust and to build trust you should post reviews from your previous customers.
