Hey guys,

I set up my sites shop back in 2017, running version 3.0.2 and haven't had to do any maintenance on it at all so far.

In the last week or so, my host - HostGator has updated their PHP to 7.4 - I confirmed my database is still online and healthy, but when I navigate to my shop I get an error:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'mysqli' not found in...

Which is pointing to my mysqli.php file. Not really sure what I can do to fix this. I'm not much of a web developer.

Thank you!

Looks like your PHP is missing the mysqli extension. You may be able to select in in your hosting control panel or ask your host.

Thanks so much! Contacted my host, and it was related to the php update. They fixed it and I'm good to go! Thanks again :)

So that you know, PHP 7.3 is still actively supported if you need it.
