Order statistics in Dashboard 3.0.3.2

Hi:
We have the nice statictics on the bottm of the left column in admin site, as per attached file but we can't grasp what statuses go to each group:

• Which order statuses go to "Completed"?

• Which order statuses go to "Processing"?

• Which order statuses go to "Others"?

I mean it because we have alot of expired orders (bank transfers never paid), so after 7 days we change status to "Expired". Where are these orders accounting for?
