My config is:
OC 2.3.2
Journal 3
Extensions related to the problem: Order Pro, PDF Invoice Pro, ELTA Web Services
cPanel hosting /w MariaDB 10.3 & PHP 7.2
There have been incidents of orders being deleted or messed up in the database lately and I'm suspicious this is due to the recent (2 months ago) upgrade from MariaDB 10.2 to 10.3 which was mandatory along with the cPanel update of the time.
Example:
I got an order with id 9109 for which I have issued an invoice with invoice number 1179 and a shipping voucher through ELTA Web Services
The order is missing from orders table and PDF Invoice Pro table
order_product and order_total tables have wrong items and totals for order_id 9109 (the products correspond to the totals but not for this order :S )
order_history and elta_voucher tables are correct
Anyone got a clue what is going on? The only suspect from the extensions above is Order Pro as the rest write to their own tables. I still believe this is some sort of bug between OC 2 db library and MariaDB 10.3 because I also had problems with Laravel 5.7 apps, but in that case the app crashed when trying to write to db (some DOCTRINE error); it didn't mess the data.
P.S. The Laravel Apps worked by switching to PHP 7.3. Just switched OC to PHP 7.3 and waiting for the bug report...
P.S.2 OC and PHP error logs don't seem to contain anything about my problem
Your are using a non-standard compliant poor quality 3rd party framework (Journal3), and other extensions. The only realistic chance for some help would be to find a professional developer to look into it.
