[UPDATE] Bad Customers - automatically detect and highlight misbehaving customers

OpenCart versions supported: v2.0.0.0 - v3.0.3.6.

Automatically detect fraudulent orders and misbehaving customers. Add customer or guest orders to the blacklist, and all of the future orders from the same customers will be highlighted automatically even they use different name or address.



After the latest update (2020-11-27) you can enter the reason why customer or guest was added to the blacklist - it will show up everytime you put a mouse (hover) over the highlighted order.

Customer profiles should not be affected by reputation directly. Bad customers should rather be reflected by customer groups where order totals should put higher focus to maintain mutual agreement between the stores and customers. This is not good service strategy practice to affect a customer profile directly and is not what POS are focusing on.
