I am using Opencart Version 3.0.3.3. and using Journal 3 theme.
My Opencart's SAVE button in not saving anything, Neither CATALOG (Product, Categories, Manufacturers, Attributes, Information, etc) nor System setting.
SAVE button has suddenly started redirecting to the website (frontend). When I hit the SAVE button in Admin panel, it takes me to the Frontend of the website with The Page You Requested Cannot Be Found!.
One more thing: When you hit the SAVE button, it brings the current link (URL) to frontend. I mean, both the URL are same.

My guess is its mod-security or some .htaccess issue, contact your host and check your server error logs.

FYI - By the looks of your screenshot your site also has other issues such as CORs.

Could also be journal related in which you should contact Journal support.

Backup and learn how to recover before you make any changes!

These is the error I have in error log:

You are using the non-standard compliant Journal3 framework which isn't supported by OpenCart, hence you should get in touch with the Journal support. Or find a professional developer on the commercial section of this forum. Or even better, use a proper standard-compliant web theme.

In a standard OpenCart the admin product edit works just fine, hence you may also temporarily try it with the default theme enabled, to see whether you can repeat your error. It could be a faulty SEO extension, or maybe something is wrong in your '.htaccess'.

I installed an extension for SEO URL, then it worked for half of the things, so I contacted the developer, they asked me the credentials for Admin and CPanel, The same day, they made a backup for .htaccess (.htaccess_backup) and made some changes. (THEY SAID: Journal theme had overwrite our code for SEO we are trying to set that issue.). When I complained to them and asked about why suddenly my SAVE button redirecting me to the website? So they refused that they didn't do anything. And now they are not even replying. And I don't know what changes they made because even for htaccess is not working.

I am getting this error in CPanel error log:
[Sat Nov 28 08:55:17.453126 2020] [autoindex:error] [pid 23463] [client 93.119.227.34:36254] AH01276: Cannot serve directory /home/edengears/public_html/areeb/: No matching DirectoryIndex

Well, as I said, no surprise here. Journal3 is one of the worst web themes, and it's built around a non-standard compliant framework, hence chances are very high that other 3rd party extensions will clash with it. Your options now are: Use another standard-compliant theme, or find another professional developer to sort things out, or ask the Journal support to fix it on their end.

Can you tell 2 more things?
How could I contact Journal theme support?

Second. In the following error:
[Sat Nov 28 08:55:17.453126 2020] [autoindex:error] [pid 23463] [client 93.119.227.34:36254] AH01276: Cannot serve directory /home/edengears/public_html/areeb/: No matching DirectoryIndex
In this error, could you see this AREEB? it should be admin, not areeb, can you tell me where would I find this setting or coding??

The Journal support is here.

Your wrongly generated URL containing areeb is most likely caused by the clash between the Journal3 framework and your OpenCart SEO extension.
Remember, 3rd party extensions are usually for OpenCart, not for a different framework like Journal3!

SEO extension has been removed
