Im selling dolls (about 500 products). There are a few different dolls (size, manufacturer etc.). Every doll has interchangeable head (about 1500 heads). A buyer can chooze a head to his doll by radio button option. Some heads are compatible with some doll sizes, manufacturers, some with others. This is done by various "head" option in specific dolls category.
Problem: Doll producers start to manufacture a new head for his doll model. So I create a new radio "head" option in Options. Until now, everything is OK.
Now: I need to add (append) this new radio option item into head option of the specific filtered products (dolls by size, manufacturer etc.) at once.
Not just only add. If the producer will stop production of specific head, I need to batch remove specific radio "head" option from specific doll products. If the price of specific head model changes, I need also to change the specific head price in "head" option.
Can anyone help or recommend how to? Edit a product options one products by one is endless work.
Many thanks!
Note: there are more (various) other options in the products (wig length, color, eyes color etc.). After "head" option batch change/update/add/remove must all other options stay intact.

You searched the marketplace for a bulk update extension (e.g Import/export) ?
Some of this could be done via sql queries or otherwise a custom extension if you are not versed in sql.

I can't make that decision for you. They have a demo, email the extension developer for more info if you are unsure.Fireballcz wrote: ↑Thu Nov 12, 2020 7:41 amPlease, can you make a judgement? I can not imagine it's functionality in my store![]()

Hi
I have a "Manage Product Options" extension that allows you to manage the product options in bulk:
https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=39727
Please try the demo.

Finally, I can confirm, that this extension https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=12413 really makes all the thing easier. It is very good, but misses possibility of logic operands "AND" and "NOT". It is a big disadvantage but "as is" saves a lot of time.
