Hi!
I got an issue when customer checkout at first they got their order placed. but when they try another time the order don't get placed. They don't get any error, it doesn't see in the backend nor a mail got generated. But when the user changes web browser they could place another order but only 1
What could be the problem and how do I look up logs?
I use theme journal 3 and oc ver. 3.0.3.3

There is journal 3 theme quick checkout problem. Do not use Journal 3 if you do not want to have a problem... this is not only that. Unfortunately this theme has a lot of problem, because it not meet OC standard.

So just for the info. Journal is not supported on OC forum.

While Journal3 isn't supported, your issue might be caused by something else, namely the payment gateway. Perhaps it was down or didn't send an IPN back to OpenCart? In the admin backend check your orders with the order status filter 'Missing Orders' to see whether they show up or not.
