That's because a Business don't normally contact their customers back directly
You didn't read me right man, now I see... We don't contact the customer -- they call us when this problem happens. Ha, it'd be crazy to call all the missing orders we get, lol -- I thought there was something off with your answers to this post, now I see. ---- No this is a problem when the customer calls us confused. And it's the same technical problem when a repeat customer calls us to place another order. I need an easy way to copy over previous order information, and I know I can do it via API's.
Yes, as mentioned earlier, with Fraud Management, this can be dealt with electronically. There are already lots of anti-fraud extension modules you could use to validate customer entries and credit cards ...

What in the world are you talking about? -- I honestly feel bad for you sadly. I think you feel like you need to answer every post on this forum and don't engage in them. I really appreciate what you do here, but you are taking on too much. I hope the people in charge of this open source project appreciate guys like you. I have no clue what the hierarchy is here. I am trying to help, not hinder the project. I'm very involved with my retail site, but let me know how I can help with the project. The web site is doing better than expected since the switch from Yahoo in January. Thank you.

It would be best to say that I wouldn't refer to you to any case due to the encouragement to the people you are attempting to do and, for sure, on my part, I won't encourage it to anyone else to re-sale their products such ways on an E-Commerce platform. If you don't know what I am talking about at this point, I would strongly suggest and recommend for you to make your research adequately on Google.
