Hello, I have a problem installing journal 3 php 7.3. Everything is fine but the shadows of the theme are not loaded and the fonts change. Can anyone help ? Apparently the journal works on the latest version of oc but something is wrong with it.

Unsupported. Contact Journal support for assistance on this.

I'm asking here because a lot of people wrote that journal 3 works on php 7.3 and I don't load font or shadow etc.

If are are serious about a professional ecommerce site you should not use Journal3, it will deter users with your chosen skin which is also the likely cause of your CSS issues. You either have to get in touch with Journal support, or use a proper OpenCart-compliant web theme.

This is an OpenCart forum, not a Journal forum. Journal is several times bigger than OpenCart and uses its own framework and web skins. Journal does not abide by the OpenCart standards, so you should really get in touch with the Journal support. Or use a proper, and standard compliant, web theme if you want help on the OpenCart forum. And even then you'd have to be more specific and not so vague in your problem description.
