My site was ok when this error suddenly appears.

When I am deleting the cache files on /system/cache/ the error will be gone but when you refresh the page when the cache.php will be executed i guess...the error appears again.
Then when you try to login to the admin...another similar error appears. Anyone have the same experience...someone could help...please...
