Hi Guys,
RE: Opencart Version 3.0.3.2/Journal Theme/www.kublox.co.uk
I'm after some advice/ ideas on how I can create a one click "follow us on Facebook" pop-up? Ideally this would be something you hit once and it automatically sets your FB account to "Like" my FB Page without re-directing.
Is this even possible?.. I'm sure I've seen it on other websites.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Best Wishes
KT

Yes, it's possible. Have you searched the OpenCart marketplace? However, please be aware you are using one of the worst web themes for OpenCart, which isn't compliant with OpenCart standards, because it uses a different framework. You may have to get in touch with the Journal support on this, or re-post on the commercial support section of this forum.

If you can't find an extension, you could pay a developer such as ourselves or post a job in the Commercial Support Forum.

Hi, I did have a look through the opencart marketplace before posting but it seems to be just social media logins which is slightly different to what I'm after. Perhaps I'm using the wrong search command? I'll keep looking...JNeuhoff wrote: ↑Wed Oct 07, 2020 1:07 amYes, it's possible. Have you searched the OpenCart marketplace? Sadly I used the Journal theme on recommendation from somebody who was supposed to know better! ... Found out about its shortfallings later but it seems to be functioning reasonably well. Fortunately I've managed to find workarounds for any of the idiosyncrasies to date but getting support from the Journal team has been hard fought.
Thanks Paul, paulfeakins wrote: ↑Wed Oct 07, 2020 5:18 pmIf you can't find an extension, you could pay a developer such as ourselves or post a job in the Commercial Support Forum.
I'll certainly keep you in mind. For now it's a "nice to have" rather than a must, so unless it's a simple add-on I'll leave it on the wishlist.
Much appreciated.
