I am using OC Version 3.0.3.2.
I am trying to reduce product image size in product category. The images are too big and blurry.
I have tried reducing the size from settings>themes>edit-image-size but its not reflecting even after I saved and cleared cache from my oc dashboard.

get bigger images, 100x100 is rather small or very blurry at 100% width.

Anyway changing the image sizes is pretty straightforward.
Log into admin
Dashboard -> Journal -> Skins -> Image Dimensions
You need to set the sizes to suit, just remember that if you have an image that is say 300 x 200 and the setting is 600 x 400 your image will be blurred as it's set to expand to the size specified.
