Switch back to the default theme to see whether this solves the problem. if it does, it's a Journal3 issue, in which case who'd have to get in touch with the Journal3 support. normally the product tile tag is set in the product controller

this applies to your title as well as description for which you have no meta tag, so you made a little mess.
of course, using journal this could all be irrelevant.

I think the same. 99% he/she made some changes in files and broke something. So isn't Journal 3 issue.
