first of all, if this isn't the right forum for this post, feel free to move it and I apologize.
I'm looking for an extension or filter function, which I can realize that only products get listed, according to the possible shipping destination.
Buyer select in the top bar besides his language: "Shipping to" e.g. Germany. --> Page display only products who has shipping options to Germany and hide all others. (Like aliexpress, dhgate, banggood, etc. has, see screenshot)
I've searched the extension sections of opencart and other like webkul, etc. I didn't found what I'm looking for. I'd be very happy for any hint.
The extension should be able to work with any multivendor extension. (shipping location additional in product tabs to filter vendor products independent)

Well, a 'default' OC Extension for such would NOT work in Journal anyway,
so better look for commercial Support, to achieve such.
'Journal' always means CUSTOM Code, and that usually has it's price ...

Yes, I'm looking for a commercial extension. I see many shops has installed what I added as screenshot. So, it must be somewhere out there but I can't find it
