Image gallery not showing up on Opencart 3.0.3.2

Using Opencart 3.0.3.2Using the standard theme

So I'm trying to upload images to a few products I've added.I can't seem to get the gallery to load up.I go to the Catalogue > Products >I click on any of the products, go to the image tab.There is the standard OC image there, the blue shopping trolleyI click on that and the 2 options to either Edit or Delete appear.As soon as I click on either one of those options my mouse cursor goes to a red circle with a line through it and then the 2 options disappear.

I was thinking it was my browser (Chrome) So I tried Edge, same thing.I've tried also deleting the browsing data for my site on exit. (And I exited the browser and restarted my machine)

I can't think where I'm going wrong. Thoughts?

I've also tried adding a 2nd image, same thing happens as above
