I have transferred the site to new server and then on new server homepage product slider and product page both get distorted.
There is no js error or any other error.Everything was working fine on previous server.

You are not using a standard-compliant web theme, nor are you using OpenCart's slider, banner or carousel modules. Journal3 is one of the worst web themes, and doesn't follow OpenCart standards. Hence you have 3 choices:
1) Get in touch with the Journal3 support
