Hi guys,

I'm looking to setup a tax rate for some geo zones that will minus off a certain percentage at checkout. I've tried putting "-20" in the tax rate field but it's not working.

Any ideas on how to get this working?

It should work. Why not screenshot your settings here so we can see what you've done ...

Here is what I have setup: https://prnt.sc/tlses4

If I leave the rate at "20" it works ok and adds 20%

Thanks

I think search the extension store.

If you can't find an extension, you could pay a developer such as ourselves or post a job in the Commercial Support Forum.
