Payment Method missing in secondary store

Hello, i will appreciate if I can be guided - I have searched all around but not a solution or indication what i am missing.

We have two stores - 1 for general (store.dartproclippers.com) and a secondary store for partners & distributors (partner.dartproclippers.com).
All payment methods are appearing in the default (general) store (Pay on delivery, invoice, bank transfer, credit/debit card etc)
But in the alternative (secondary) store - only credit/debit card payment is enabled.

I have gone throught the settings one after the other but i can find anything i may be missing.

Check if you have an extension installed that limits payment methods. I don't think this is normal OpenCart behavior, so you probably have something that restricts payment methods to various stores. You should be able to change the settings once you find which mod it is, and enable all payment methods for every store.
