Sorry to keep bugging you with my issues...

My client installed the Purchase Order module (PurchaseOrder_OCv148.1)

On checkout, when clicking on the final confirmation the customer is presented with a white page and the following message.

Error: E-Mail to required!

The e-mails actually work, but when returning to the cart - the cart is not cleared, and reflects their latest order.

Additional Info:
He created a customer group that only has permission to select the Purchase Order option.

Same here. It did work beautifully in 1.4.7, so would guess it needs a minor tweak. Any help appreciated...
