I am considering Openbay Pro to sync opencart store inventory with a eBay/Amazon store.
One hurdle that I face is that from my understanding with Openbay is that the inventory Qty sync/update only happens with a change to the product qty, either by physically editing the qty, or with a processing of a sale/return.
I intend to update my store inventory with my supplier on a nightly basis using a chron job importing a csv file with the updated QTY available to sell.
This nightly update DOES NOT currently trigger the same flags or changes that Openbay would need to see to actively sync my inventory for the next day.

I am trying to determine what needs to be done, if it is woth developement cost on this.
Thanks

That was my first inquiry.
They confirmed that it currently does not do so.
According to their forums the users have been asking for that feature prior to 2017, and it was declared to be part of 2018s release by the management....
I suppose some difficulties may have occured a since....
I have another email to them I am waiting on an answer for, but it feels like this can be somewhat easily corrected in flagging all items as modified via a nightly script prior to Ooenbays update items script.
