Different fields at checkout based on customer category

Hello I want to create a radio button for 2 different customer categories at checkout page :
1) Individual
2) Registered Company

I dont want to force someone to register in order to complete the order.

If someone selects the individual option then he should see the default checkout personal fields. But if he select the company I want to have fields like VAT , Company name etc.

Is there any way or extension in order to achieve this thing?
