Setting up SEO URLS - where have I gone wrong?

V3.0.3.2/ Jounral3 - www.kublox.co.uk

Hi,
I'm trying to clean up the SEO URLs for my contact_Us and Gift voucher pages... I've followed the iSenseLabs tutorial on
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Y7DFjAKf-I (which made it look super-easy) but I can't get it to work? What am I missing?

1) Store Settings have "use SEO URLs" enabled
2) .htaccess has had the .txt removed
3) design> SEO URLs - has had a new URL added with query= information/contact and keyword = contact_us
4) All caches have been cleared.

Where have I gone wrong? any ideas would be much appreciated.

is working fine for me ?

Well I suppose that's good news ... however if I go through the main menu and select the contact page it's still https://www.kublox.co.uk/index.php?rout ... on/contact

link for Menu items sets by Journal.

go to Journal's Control Panel and select in Header -> Main menu -> Menu for Desktop for Contact right url.

Thanks AndreyPopov. I've looked in the Journal>> header>> main menu section under "contact" and I can't directly alter the URL. All I do from here is set the menulink to the Opencart "Contact" page. Have I missed something here? there's nothing else obvious??

choose not OpenCart Page, choose Information.
