Hi all, i`m using OC 3.0.3.2 + Journal theme
the permissions: folders - 775, and files 644

In my erorr log i see these warning, can you help me

Contact your host to resolved this issue. As for the language cache issue, see this FAQ: viewtopic.php?f=134&t=215776#p750077

1. What do you mean for DB and hosting company? This is my vps :( but i can`t find info for this anywhere

When you see: MySQL server has gone away message, you need to contact your host to resolved this issue.

Guys, it's not always the Host servers fault in this case.

The DB transaction is inflight so if you have modules/processes that do other things during the process i.e send emails out to confirm an order or confirm the opening of an account, and this hangs - then you are going to get the "PHP Warning: mysqli::query(): MySQL server has gone away" in your error logs.

However the problem could be that your SMTP server is hanging (which was my problem).

attempts to communicate time out after a few seconds but if you set your db connection timeout short, you will lose that connection during ANY slow script.
Ergo, it is still your db connection setting which is wrong.
