I have installed the following plugin, API works fine. but If I do not click on the refresh button on currencies page the rate does not update . how can I update the rate automatically in hourly bases

Please, stop posting your question everywhere you can. I already told you, this is not related to my extension at all. Ok so the extension doesn't do that so you can either code this feature yourself or offer to pay the extension developer or another developer such as ourselves to add this feature for you.
It should be pretty easy though as there's a button that just needs to be triggered regularly so adding a cron job should be able to do this.
