anyone help me with this as the nitropack team will not help me anymore due to support is closed
OC 3.0.3.2

i get this error when i try to Image Optimization on all images

If your license is still active, contact site support by using the contact us link from opencart.com site. If it's no longer active but no longer supported by the extension, normally, the extension itself should be removed. As an alternative, however, you could also create a new service request in the Commercial Support section of the forum if the license is still active in the mean time to get the addressed issues resolved as a custom job.
