sometimes, our customers get the same ordernumber as the last order from this customer.
The old order is changed with the new products, but we got no confirmation, the customer got no confirmation and the quantity is not changed.
Anybody an idee?

Well you must have some sort of buggy extension or something like that because this isn't default OC behaviour.

Usually, the extension is built for the default opencart theme and process. You are using one the worst web themes. Anyway, to narrow it down quickly, temporarily use a standard-compliant theme, so that it will use the OpenCart checkout sequence instead of the one from Journal3.
