Removal of malicious links

Hi,
I recently had a problem with google campaign where all of them were deactivated. I contacted them and they stayed the reason is that I have malicious links on my website and I need to remove them.
Can anyone tell me where I should remove them from? I have no idea where to start. The site is built with opencart of course.

They could be anywhere, in the database, template files or even added to your PHP files. Work out where the files are on your site as this may help you track them down. You also need to work out how the malicious links were added to your site in the first place, as even if you remove them they could be added back.

I don't really know.
I told to my host and they send me a list because they have made some scans.
Those are a few items from that list?
