I need some paid support to fix our site, we've not had a problem before today with items being lost from the cart but now, today we have been contacted by customers that they cannot add items to or view to the cart. See in your Developers Kit (F12 function) > Console tab if any error is showing after clicking on the: 'Add to Cart' button. Do you notice error messages? If so, switch back to the default theme and see if the same issue occurs. If your store is running live, ensure to enable maintenance mode prior in the OC admin settings prior to switch back to the default theme.

It appears to be intermittent deepvyas :-( the worse case (I thought that only happened to cars! ;-)), we have had some orders through today which is great news, but as I type my PC will not work using Chrome but MS Edge it will work, the office PCs don't work on either Chrome or Edge, but did for a while after a reboot..... I think the SSL starts up currently when the customer moves to the Cart and it's at that point it all falls over. I'm going to make the whole site SSL I think that's the way to go it will be reassuring to the customer too.
