hi, could someone please tell me how to fix this. Every time i sent email to my customers, always include my shop url on the email for more details... but today I tried to sent email but never received, if I remove my shop link in message, the message sent successfully.. why is my domain banned ?? I tried to use different url link in message like http://google.com or http://opencart.com and message sent successful, but why does this happen only if I put my shop url in message ??

I always sent email with my url, but this time does not work.. please let me know what do you think about this or how to fix it??

Thanks in advance!!

Did you configured your admin email settings form? Ensure they do match the ones provided on your host console (e.g: cPanel).

Yes the configuration of SMTP match and email sent successfully, the problem is when added my shop url in message, it doesn't send, but when message doesn't have any url or other url message sent!! It's like my opencart mail has banned mydomain.com but this feature doesn't exists on opencaert 1.5.6.4.

Btw, I always sent messages to my customer with my URL in message, this is the first time something happens. Also I think if someone now registered or new order, he will not receive confirmation email, because it contains my shop URL... What really happened here ??

PS: This problem is not related to smtp, because even the Mail() has this issue.. I look on system/library/mail.php but I didn't find any code related that's ban my domain..

Did you checked your error / server access logs regarding the email activities for errors? Also, do you use a server extension such as Cloudflare?

You need to ask your host. They are probably running some sort of outgoing spam detection that will be giving a false positive.

Also ensure to send emails to the same domain when configuring your OC admin email settings form. There are web hosting restricting access outside of it with SMTP settings.
