Have been having issues with an opencart (v3.0.3.2) website anytime we click to view a particular order we get a blank page with the below error
Warning: mysqli::query(): (21000/1242): Subquery returns more than 1 row in /var/www/html/system/library/db/mysqli.php on line 18
The website is a new install and we are using Smartaddons Ecogreen theme, we recently install TMD extra tabs. Please help if you have any idea whats wrong because have checked the code and have not really notice whats wrong with it.

The error is very clear as you see, sub-query returns more than a single row. Please share the full query to get help. You can find the query in the error message.

check the query, check it's sub queries and which data they select.
then check the database, sure there is a duplicate record which should not be there.

this issue only come when seo keyword present more then one in database same id

no, that is not it.
1) you cannot have a double id entry in the seo_url table as that is the primary key
2) nowhere is the seo_url table used in a sub query.
