Hi,
I created a new page but it does not show in the footer section.
If I go to the page via the URL link (/name-of-the-page) the page is up and running. The problem is that I don't have a link button on the site to send the user to that page.

Any idea of why this could happen?
PS. I did check bottom

No information provided to guess an answer

How are you trying to create the link?
Have you created an OCMOD?
Have you refreshed cache?

OC version, extensions, themes?
So many questions ...

This site was built by somebody else. I don't know the theme. In modules I have Fastor theme but looks like it's disabled. Opencart version is 3x.
I created the page from Catalog > Page information. Went I looked for this on google and youtube all the links were added to the footer right after the page was created.

It is the same answer again ..
By default if you create a information page it will appear in the information section of your foot and link to it.

Best is to make sure you cleared caching both in your dashboard and your modifications.
Contact the person who wrote the site or commercial support.

I appreciate there is a language problem ..

Imagine I ask - hi I wrote a letter and it didn’t arrive any idea why?
How many questions of that process would need to be asked before working out what MIGHT have happened?
And then to find out that actually you used your kids invisible ink to write the address .. does that make sense?

A site address might help.
Error logs?
Modification logs?
screenshots of modules?
screenshots of what you have done and what is the problem ?

As far as I understand you created a new information page using the admin control panel and this is not appearing in the footer. This is an assumption.
You have cleared cache in both your dashboard and modifications. This is also an assumption.
We are not sure if you have a theme and if you do, you are not sure what it is.

I fixed the problem.
I had to add the link manually from Advance Grid.
The theme I am using is Fastor

So it was invisible ink after all !!!

Glad you have it fixed.
Nothing to do with opencart.

Not sure if "invisible link" is the right term.
I had to add it using a module

I meant it as something that we could not possibly know about - invisible to us -
By that I mean if it is not Opencart default we are completely blind to the thousands of other possibilities your site might have - not as a reflection on you.

99 out of 100 it is a theme or a module - only you know what modules you have - that is what I meant - it was not meant to offend you, just to try to explain.

Advanced Grid is nothing to do with Opencart.
