missing and pending orders

hello experts,
i have a very strange issue hope you can help with
i am getting empty order fields in the dashboard with pending status which should be missing orders not pending
EX: client add to cart then go to checkout and without filling any fields click confirm order, he gets (warning: fields are required) normally
but i am getting this order in my dashboard with empty fields
I notice there is no missing order in the last month all reached as pending
please help

Try to temporarily using OpenCart's default theme instead of Journal, with the standard OpenCart checkout sequence. Do you then still get the same issue?
