empty cart problem

i use latest open cart version with journal theme. i add some product in cart and when page refresh then product is gone from cart.
how to fix this problem ?

i contact him but they reply "Hi, that's not something theme related, maybe there are some issues with php sessions on your store"
so not understand how to fix ?

Switch to default theme and then try it again. Then you'll know for sure whether the issue is with Journal3 or Opencart.

Correct, Journal is usually to blame.
