How can i configure routing on a specific page?

I'm using zemez theme and i'm having some problems with routing (apparently):

One is that the "compare" page is giving me "not found" and i think its a query error. I tryied to configure it using the friendly url panel but i don't know which query to use (e.g product_id=64) and how to find out. The 'compare.twig' document exists, i just don't know how to make it show;

How can I find out how to route it correctly?
