Hi,
Very new to OpenCart. I am banging my head against the wall in frustration at the moment, any useful help would be appreciated. Running OC 3 ( not sure which version, can't seem to find that info ).
Ok, running multi store. Managed to get that all set up and working correctly. Purchased a shipping module to manage different shipping options across the two stores.
Installed the USPS module. Signed up and received all details from USPS. Have correct Geocodes set up in both stores. Weight class set to KG across both stores. USPS active and working for both stores ( sort of ).
Now this is where the issue comes in - the USPS module is generating wildly inaccurate shipping prices for different products. For example, a .300g longsleeve t-shirt will ship from Florida to Arkansas for $0.70...! A .200g CD will ship from Florida to Ireland for $49.82...!
What am I doing wrong? Do I have to manually input a weight for every single item in our store?
Your hepl would be appreciated.
Yes, every item in the store has to have a weight set on it. That's the only way the shipping module knows what to charge.
Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

1. are the stores based in the US or UK, if UK, it LOOKS like the shop thinks they are in the US, check your settings and USPS settings again
2.what shipping classes did you select?
Do I have to manually input a weight for every single item in our store?
yes
EDIT:
In extensions>shipping>USPS make sure that the weight class is set to pounds, even if your items are lighter.
