Hi :)
Ok, I am travelling so resetting all my passwords before I leave.
I reset my admin password 3 different times... each time I tried to login after a reset it said username and password don't match... driving me nuts! lol
Any ideas? I confirmed the username (it was on that username when I selected change password so it should be right too)
I copy and paste the password I create into the change password and then I do the same when logging in, so it cant be incorrectly entered.
PLEASE any help would be appreciated :)

I have changed my password in the past with no issues at all. This is the first time :(
Hmmm cant login to my admin, so cant seem to see my OC version
Journal Theme
My website is adragifts.com but my admin is in an different subfolder than admin

Hmmm I changed the password right on my admin login page, it has an option forgetten password and it sends it to my linked email address.
Here is some info I found "When using Open Cart 2.0 or later, you won’t find the reset password option. You need to reset the OpenCart Admin Password manually in MySQL Database directly using PHPMyAdmin."
I know I have at least v2 or later …. so how come I have an option to change password on my login page??
Omg the internet is great but so much conflicting information lol
Attached is a screenshot of my login page

It is possible, that you're copying password with additional characters like passwords. Make sure you don't.

Professional OpenCart extensions, support and custom work.

In phpMyAdmin go to the users table and see if status is 1 for your admin username.

Backup and learn how to recover before you make any changes!

Should be called oc_user check and see if the status column is 1 for the admin username.
