Hi! A great 2020 to the group! My question is about the duplicity of equal items in the cart. Rather than accumulating the quantity in one item only, the store was adding the same item again as if it were a new product. This was causing stock holes, which in my case is serious. However this week, the problem recurred, and twice. Upon further investigation, I realized that these were accesses made by phones with older Androids and probably older browsers as well. I think it has something to do about sessions, but I still can't solve it. I wonder if anyone would have a direction for this case. Thanks! OC 3.0.3.2 with Journal 3 theme.
Just try to reproduce that error, after switching back to the OC Default Theme first,
because Journal Themes are paid Extensions, where the Seller is the one to ask for,
if one runs into Problems. And your problem seemengly never showed up here, so,
it's probably not related with a default OC Installation.
